The surgeries and courses are finished on this Outreach in Guinea. The ship has left Guinea.
- Pray that the recipients of surgeries will not only continue to mend physically but mentally as they transition back to a life without deformity. For some it will be easy. For most it will still be a transition.
- Pray for a few patients that did not get the results they hoped for--the hand of the young boy that still is deformed; the two women who still leak urine in spite of best surgical skills that couldn't fix their type of problem.
- Pray for the Muslims in the country to continue to experience the love of Jesus and understand that He was more than just a prophet.
- Pray for safe trip on this old ferry converted to a hospital ship to make is safely to dry dock in Las Palmas where it will receive many repairs, updating and be cleaned from the layers of bauxite that sticks to everything on the exterior of ship and doesn't wash off with rain.
- Pray for me for what will be next once home with my husband Guy. So looking forward to seeing him. So willing to wait (hopefully, finally) on what God has next (or not) for me.
